In light of the recent Covid-19 Pandemic, we encourage everyone including our Clients, Friends and Family to remain positive, keeping in mind that this too, will pass. To curtail the spread, and avoid infection please remember these precautionary measures:

1.Wash your hands regularly  

2. Avoid crowded Areas 

3. Refrain from touching your face, nose and eyes  

4. Maintain distance between yourself and others   

5. Wear a surgical nose mask when in public: remove to breathe every 10 minutes and remember to change it frequently. 

6. Always cough into the sleeve of your elbow.
